Welcome to the official website of the Vermillion Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)! Our goal is to keep our families informed about all of the fun activities we host throughout the year, opportunities to help, and chances to purchase chameleon merchandise.
We would love to have all of our chameleon families registered with The Camp (aka. Membership Toolkit). To do so, click the Register button found in "Quick Links".
What are the perks of registering for The Camp?
- You will receive various emails throughout the year with reminders about events that don't always go out to the entire school.
- You will be able to view past meeting minutes and finances.
- There is an optional opportunity to be included in a directory that shares contact information with other VES families that have chosen to share their information. To edit this or opt out at any time, select the Update Registration button, and then click on the "Do you want your information in the directory?" link under the Adult and Student Information section.
Mark your calendars now for our 9th Annual Family Bingo Night with Raffle Baskets! Bingo this school year will be on Friday, January 23rd from 6pm to 8pm at the Maize High School commons. As always, this is a free fun night that PTO puts on for our Vermillion families. Stay tuned for more information to come!
The PTO is organized for the purpose of supporting and enhancing the educational experiences and charitable purposes of Vermillion Elementary School’s students by:
- Engaging in social and academic activities, communication, and fundraising.
- Providing an organization through which the parents, school, and teachers can work cooperatively.
- Providing financial support for programs not funded by USD 266 or the Maize Education Foundation.
