Vermillion Elementary PTO 10th Annual Family Bingo Night with Raffle Baskets!

Doors open at 6pm. Games from 6:30-8pm with intermission

Maize High School Commons, 11600 W 45^th St. North, Maize

Join us for a good time playing Bingo with Vermillion families, teachers, and staff! The Family Bingo Night event is for Vermillion families and staff only. This is a PTO Sponsored Family Night – No Charge to Attend! However, free online registration is required due to limited seating! Your first set of Bingo cards is free for each member of your household. Families are welcome to bring their own meals to the event.

All expenses are optional, and they include:

$25 for a Large one topping Pizza Hut pizza and 4 Drinks - PREORDER ONLY!
- The large one topping pizza and 4 drinks combo will NOT be available to purchase at the event! Feel free to bring your own meal.

$3 for each additional set of 10 Bingo cards (if you would like to play more than one card at a time)
Raffle Tickets & Concession Item Tickets: $1.50/ticket online or $2/ticket at the event
- Concession tickets are purchased to be used for one ticket per concession item.

Purchases can either be made online when you make your reservation, OR you can pay with card or cash at the event (except for the pizza combo).

The first set for each registered member will be free. This purchase is for anyone that would like to play more than one card per round. One extra set of cards (10 cards, one per game), is $3 both in advance online and at the door. $3.00

Store will close at 11:59 pm on September 20, 2026. This event is only for Vermillion students, Vermillion staff, and their immediate family members.

Later in September, PTO will send out a separate link to a store that contains an option to purchase tickets for specific raffle baskets. Attendance is not required to win a raffle basket.

If the event must be cancelled due to inclement weather or at no fault of the PTO, we will refund pizza meal orders. We will not reschedule.

This is not a drop off event. Parents/guardians must attend and supervise their children.
